Getting started

So i've made a list, now its time to jump in a get started, I plumped for which special day is first Valentines day, we don't go overboard, and get involved in a big way, most of the time we do cards and I make effort with the meal and maybe watch a dvd in the evening, but year I decided I wanted to make hubby a little something,

First project of 2013

I started it Wednesday (above) and Thursday night I had the main body done (below),I am going to add a little something to it order the frame, I'm trying a new place so I'll let you know how that goes. I will reveal it on the special day.

My next project this time with Easter in mind.

This time I am using even-weave, which I haven't used in a while and in fact not used that often, so know you know what I will be doing with my crafting time. I hope you have got some fun things planned

oh, excited to see what you make him! I never get a chance to make anything for my husband as we're always in the house at the same time!

It is very handy when he is at work, hubby finds it hard to keep anything secret because he is very rarely home when I am not.

Hello Shirley
Many thanks for visiting my blog and for your comments. I do count myself lucky to live in such a beautiful place like Alicante but I also have to admit I hold special deep inside of me too West Somerset where I come from. Britain also has some beautiful places that I miss lots.
I am now your newest follower as well :-)

Going to be popping back in to see what it is you are making for your husband...intriguing!

keep well

Amanda :-)

Hi Amada. thanks for visiting, comment and following, I don't live far that far from Somerset, I have spent many a happy hour in Brean, it has a lovely sandy beach. I have a pen-pal I've written to for years from Yeovil, I have to admit to not knowing which part of Somerset it is,
