Craft snippet day 3
Today's post really is a snippet, I did some stitching the whole thing is striped, so as yet it's hard to see what it is, this is what I love about cross stitch is watching things grow even simple things.

You just hit on the reason I love cross stitch. I, too, love watching the progress and the growth into something. I really, really like doing backstich, especially in a detailed piece. It just seems to come alive. I'm looking forward to seeing what you are creatin.

Thanks Julie, it's just a little thing not long to wait.
Sharon when it comes to backstitch and there's a lot of it, I can get a bit impatient, but always pleased when it's done.
Looking forward to seeing what this is going to be. That's why I am addicted to cross stitch too, you start off with a blank fabric and watch the picture build. I am not a fan of backstitching but it makes the picture come to life. Happy stitching Jean x
Love your cross stitch. I like to watch it grow too. So different to regular stitchery.
